Tabitha Benway is a wife, mother and fit lifestyle coach. She spent over a decade in the fitness world as a competition gymnastics coach while struggling to stay at a healthy weight through the traditional diet and exercise plans. Through her journey into motherhood and true love, she developed a deeper connection to herself, her body and food and created a lifestyle that allowed her to easily stay within a healthy weight range. She combines traditional wisdom with body and soul wisdom to coach others in creating their own weight freedom lifestyle.
