Sandra has her certificate as an Integrative Nutrition Health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Sandra also holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition, from E-Cornell Center for Nutrition Studies. She completed the Heartcore Intensive Leadership program in 2018 and she is currently pursuing her certificate from the Get Set Coaching program. She is the creator of “The Secrets to Plant Based Living Summit” impacting over four thousand viewers sharing information from the top Plant Based Doctors and experts in the industry. She is an avid athlete, recipe creator and she was featured twice in the Vegan Health and Fitness Magazine. Her next audacious goal is to compete in her very first bikini competition in March of 2020!
