Seriously I do love my veggies and enjoy the as much as I can. And e

ating your veggies doesn’t have to be complicated or bland. I dug through my fridge found a bit of cauliflower, broccoli and a few carrots and I created this amazing flavorful good for you side dish. Pair it with any of your favorite protein sources and BAM

💥 Dinner in less than 15 minutes. I never measure anything so here is my recipe “ish”:
✅1 spoonful of coconut oil
✅ any and all veggies in your fridge
✅ garlic, 1 clove chopped
✅ sea salt, pepper, cumin and curry powder to taste
✅ 1 big spoonful tahini paste.
✅ touch of harissa (Indian chili pepper paste) *its spicy watch out
